The Laboratorium is a special area of this site, a self-initiated leadership program designed for recruiters, hiring managers, and senior leaders evaluating hybrid AI, product, and experience leaders. It reframes my personal portfolio as a governed system that connects market signals, capability building, audience design, case curation, and experience rules into a single decision architecture.
I led this work as a program architect, prioritizing judgment, alignment, and decision design over visuals. I treated AI as a strategic co-pilot that helped me test hypotheses, surface gaps, and accelerate sensemaking while I owned the choices, tradeoffs, and governance model end to end.

Challenge
The core problem was that conventional portfolios optimize for storytelling or aesthetics, not for making senior decision logic, governance thinking, and AI judgment legible to executives who skim fast and decide quickly.
The opportunity was to build an AI-native leadership system that would make my thinking observable, verifiable, and consistent across every layer of my professional presence.

My Role
I served as AI & Product Strategy Lead for the Laboratorium, owning the program from framing to execution.
I operated with senior-level autonomy, defining the governing principles, sequencing the work, and coordinating learning, artifacts, and experience decisions as a single system rather than a set of isolated activities.

Learning and portfolio creation became one system. Every major course or experiment needed to generate a tangible artifact, framework, or case signal. I pruned misaligned learning rather than finishing for completion’s sake.
